The mystery surrounding the woman and child found floating in the harbour has deepened as police admit they have no idea how the pair died.
Originally thought to be a murder-suicide, it is looking increasingly like a murder.
The bodies were were pulled from waters behind Elizabeth on Bay around 7:30am on Tuesday. The little girl was still in her pajamas.
There were no visible signs of injury on either of them.
The victims were identified as Amanda Seymour Burrows, 32, and her five-year-old daughter Kaysha Burrows, fro Stapledon Gardens.
Police are looking for the car that belonged to Ms Burrows – a dark colored Nissan Sunny, license plate number is 117033.
