TEAM FLAG – Ms Katrina Seymour led the Bahamian delegation into the new $200 million stadium at the Pan Am Games Village in Guadalajara, Mexico on Friday evening. Some 50,000 people were in attendance for the opening ceremony.
SWIM TEAM – The Bahamas National Ladies Swim Team is pictured here following competition in the 4×100 Freestyle on Saturday evening. The Bahamas finished seventh overall defeating such countries as Venezuela, Peru and others. Alana Dillette also competed in the 100 metres butterfly on Saturday, finishing ninth overall.
