Fifth grade students of the Claridge Primary School embarked on a fact finding mission on Thursday morning, and paid a visit at historic St. Matthew’s Anglican Church on Church and Shirley Streets.

The group of students are studying church and religion in The Bahamas and were treated with a tour of the parish of St. Matthew’s by church historian, Iris Finlayson. Accompanying the students during the visit were teachers Anita Miller, Vernella McCoy, Natalee Chuno and Spanish teacher Mrs Jones.

Rector of St. Matthew’s is Fr. Crosley Walkine.
