Nassau, Bahamas – It’s almost time for the Bahamas Humane Society’s Animal Fun Day.
Preparations are busily under way, stalls are being prepared, food is being cooked. Join the fun and spread compassion into the community. The BHS Animal Fun Day is this Sunday, February 26th at the Botanical Gardens main entrance from noon to 6 p.m. Donations of baked goods and raffle prizes are still greatly appreciated.
Entrance fee is $5.00 for adults, $1.00 for children, and free for our canine friends (though it does cost to enter some of the ring classes – see entry form). For BHS Members, bring your membership card along (tan for adults, blue for juniors), and receive $1.00 off your entry fee.
Pedigree is sponsoring this annual event that so many look forward to each year. Domino’s will be providing the pizza for the pizza and patty booth, along with the many people who have donated raffle prizes and other services.
After the Animal Fun Day, head into town to Jacaranda for a lovely evening of music with Foley and Hepburn from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $125.00 and include dinner and wine.
