The developers of the Bimini Bay Resort are embarking on another project on Bimini and working feverishly on a unique island paradise for second home investors.
Speaking with Leslie Bethel, developers said they broke ground with a short ceremony on this $250 million project, Rockwell Island Beach Estates & Resort, North Bimini Island, on April 14 with the Director General of Tourism David Johnson present.
In this project some 105 homes and villas are expected to be constructed near the beautiful waters. So far some eight homes have begun construction and will take approximately six months to complete. These homes will have 5-6 bedrooms.
The features of this project will include a spa, several dining areas, some homes are built over the water, with golf courses and tennis courts.
