In a world exclusive, the National Enquirer is reporting that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are planning a secret wedding on a beach in the Bahamas!
A source close to the Hollywood superstars told the paper that the couple plans to say their vows near the spot where Angelina scattered her late mother’s ashes.
“She’s convinced her mother’s spirit will be with her on her big day, and Angelina is filled with joy just thinking about it,” the source told the Enquirer.
The wedding will reportedly be held before Angelina leaves for England to begin filming her next project, the movie ‘Maleficent,’ in June.
News sources had previously reported that the couple had planned on getting married in a splashy made-for-Hollywood affair before hundreds of guests at their $70 million estate on the French Riviera.
They had set the date for Aug. 11 – the 50th wedding anniversary of Brad’s parents, Bill and Jane.
While Brad wanted the big wedding in France, Angelina wanted a more intimate ceremony.
They compromised by agreeing to a private wedding in The Bahamas, followed by a big reception party in France.
According to the Enquirer, Angelina has already contacted the Bahamian registrar’s office “to make sure her wedding day will run like clockwork”. And Brad, is also involved in the planning.
“Everyone will wear white. Brad will don a white linen suit and Angie will wear a white gown with a garland of fresh flowers on her head,” the source told the paper.
The superstar couple will exchange vows at sunset as the warm Bahamian breeze sweeps across the island.
