Team Bahamas men’s 4 x 400m relay team scored the top qualifying time this morning at the 2012 London Olympics, earning a place in tomorrow’s Olympic final.
Running in the second heat, the Bahamian team of Michael Mathieu, Ramon Miller, Demetrius Pinder and Chris Brown finished first with a time of 2.58.87, split seconds ahead of the team from the United States.
They will compete on Friday against Trinidad and Tobago, Great Britain, Cuba, USA and the Russian Federation.
