Laticha McKenzie, a woman accused of possessing drugs with the intent to distribute, denied that she told police that the drugs belonged to her fellow defendant, Carlos Lamm, a contractor from Bernard Road.
McKenzie and Lamm are both accused of possessing three and a half pounds of marijuana on March 9, 2009. They both deny the charge. Mr. Lamm is being represented by attorny Jiaram Mangra. Ms. McKenzie is being represented by attorney Murrio Ducille.
Both Mr. Lamm and Ms. McKenzie remain on $10,000 bail.
