Governor General Sir Arthur Foulkes and Lady Foulkes officially opened the Second Annual Bahamas Speed Week at Arawak Cay, November 28. Speed Week is a throwback to the 1960s when races were held at what is now the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre.
