During the preliminary competition, Celeste exhibited a number of different styles. She looked radiant in her national costume – a sex, swashbuckling pirate. In the evening gown competition, Celeste was opulently elegant in a fit-to-flare black and silver gown by Eduardo de las Casas. When Celeste competed in the Swimsuit Preliminary, she wore a bikini from Kooey Swimwear of Australia and shoes by Chinese Laundry, both official sponsors of Miss Universe 2012. Celeste introduced herself during contestant presentation wearing Sherri Hill.
