Bahamas Realty Launches Our World Institute

Bahamas Realty Ltd. (BRL) announced that EVERY member of its Nassau sales team has completed 21 courses in the Luxury division of the OUR WORLD/Institute.

Bahamas Realty’s partners are funding the addition of the OUR WORLD™/Institute platform to its professional development strategy for managers and sales associates. This exclusive web-based business community is available only to members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.

As a result, 11 BRL staff members already have completed the 12 courses required for the Leading RE Service Expert (LSE) Certification and six have finished the 12 courses needed for the LeadingRE Sales Specialist (LSS) Certification.

The Institute offers diverse learning opportunities including relevant, easy-to-digest online courses tied to specific business objectives and housed in three distinct Colleges. These are designed specifically for real estate professionals and managed by industry leaders including  Mike Staver as the Dean of Leadership, Mathew Ferrara as the Dean of Innovation and Steve Harney as the Dean of Agent Excellence.  Courses are delivered in concise and engaging segments, with interactive tools for both formal and informal learning.
