Mother, Three Sons Arrested For Theft

Police arrested a 50-year-old mother and her three sons after they were allegedly found with stolen items earlier this week.

According to police, two of the sons, ages 25 and 21, were arrested on the morning of Tuesday, June 25, 2013 off Soldier Road and East Street in reference to ahem invasion that happened at the end of April 2013.

Police also confiscated a gray 1995 Honda Accord, which is suspected of being stolen.

After arresting the two men, officers then searched the suspect’s Richville Subdivision residence where a flat screen TV, laptops, cellular phones, jewelry and other electronic items were confiscated, police said.

As a result, police arrested the men’s mother and 17-year-old brother.

Police Press Liaison Inspector Chrislyn Skippings said police are determining whether to bring charges against all four family members.
