The Sivananda Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas is proud to announce its Yoga for the spine program, which will take place June 28th – 30th, 2013 in Paradise Island, Bahamas.
The spine has a key role in the preservation of good health and youthful look and feeling. By taking proper care of the spine, one is able to maintain an optimal flow of energy throughout the body, keeping both the body and mind in good balance.
In this program, students will learn the connection between the spine, the mind and the spiritual path; how to use movement and breathing for achieving balance and harmony and several simple techniques to loosen and release the spine and re-balance and renew body and mind.
