Alfreda Stubbs, 39, who with her 13-year-old son, was stabbed multiple times at her home late Wednesday, died this weekend.
Police have caught the murderer… it was the husband and father of the victims. Another bad cop, which the Bahamas has so many of.
A former police Commissioner once said that at least one-third of the Royal Bahamas Police Force are criminals.
Sources say Alfreda, a pharmacist, and manager of AML food services, was stabbed more than 10 times.
Her son is said to be in serious, but stable condition in hospital. It is claimed that he was stabbed in an attempt to protect his mother.
Instead of being treated as the murderer that he is, Alfreda’s husband, a veteran police officer of 24 years service, is being handled with kid gloves and has been admitted to the Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre for “evaluation”.
This is the first step by the police department towards getting the bum off on the charge of murder.
Mrs Stubbs became the country’s 96th murder victim.
This incident comes a day after the Crisis Centre launched its “Say No” campaign, in an effort to eradicate violence against women and children.
