Eloyn Devon Ingraham, 28, has been accused of killing a Broward County police officer during a 2006 traffic stop.
The piece of garbage is scheduled to appear in a Ft Lauderdale courthouse at 1.30pm today.
Deputy Brian Tephford, 34, a six-year veteran of the Broward Sheriff’s Office, died at the time and another deputy, Corey Carbocci, was also shot during the incident, but he survived.
Two other Bahamians were also charged in connection with the shooting.
Arron Bernard Forbes, 22, and Andre M Delancy,l9, were charged with accessory after the fact.
Hopefully, the shooter will get the death penalty, which is actually carried out in the United States.
