On Thursday, October 17th 2013, The Rotary Club of West Nassau inducted its newest member, Jermaine Lincoln Ferguson.
Jermaine Ferguson is a Network Design Supervisor with Cable Bahamas. Jermaine has extensive training and knowledge of all aspects of the Cable & Telephone industry. The Network Design Engineering department is responsible for designing cable TV, Fiber to the home, Fiber to the premise, Cable 12 live remotes including NB12, and Sub-sea fiber networks between USA and all family islands where cable services is present.
Jermaine started his career at ITC (Industrial training College) in 1993 where he graduated with a certification in electrical installation, after graduation he furthered his training in Canada and USA with numerous Cable and Telephony companies such MITEL phone networks and NCTI (National Cable Training Institute).
He joined Cable Bahamas in February of 2001 and prior to working for Cable Bahamas Jermaine was employed as a Network Infrastructure Specialist for SRG (System Resource Group). Jermaine is a member of Toastmasters, the Lions Club and Fort Nassau 1819 Scottish lodge. He is the first born son to Leonard Ferguson (Linc Scavella) and Debbie; he is married to Angelique Bowe-Ferguson and has three off-springs Jermaine Jr, Jasmine and Jamie. Jermaine enjoys Travelling, meeting new people, charity to all mankind, and working with organizations that are community based.
