Bahamas Realty recently received a Member Achievement Award from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), a global network of more than 500 top real estate firms. The award was presented at the network’s Annual Performance Awards Gala, held during the LeadingRE Conference Week, an event that drew a record audience of 2,500 top real estate professionals from nearly 20 countries.
Bahamas Realty won the 2013 Award of Excellence – Equivalent Closing Sales Production for their company-size category. This award recognizes companies with the highest per agent average of outgoing equivalent closings based on sales value exceeding the network’s average sales price.
In addition the company was recognized for the second year in a row as a member of the 2013 Global Alliance Club which recognizes members with one or more closings across country borders and the 2013 Momentum Club which acknowledges members that dramatically improved their company’s outgoing referral performance from 2012 to 2013 based on a certain increase in closed transactions resulting from client introductions made to other affiliates throughout the network.
In addition the company was the only non-US member ranked in the top 30 for the Diamond Award which measures a members all around engagement in LeadingRE.
