The Bahamian Contractors Association (BCA) has announced that Godfrey Forbes, former vice-president of the association, has been elected president following the resignation of incumbent president Stephen Wrinkle.
Citing a need for change within the organisation, Mr Wrinkle tendered his resignation despite an election on June 16 which saw the entire slate of officers, including Mr Wrinkle, being elected unopposed.
Mr Wrinkle will remain active within the BCA as a council member and will work with the organization on industry development initiatives, including the BCA-IDB Grant Project.
