Last night, Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham sought to remind Bahamians why they voted the PLP out in the 2007 general election.
Mr Ingraham told the crowd at the opening of the FNM South Beach constituency office that there are three inevitable things in life – death, taxes, and “PLP scandal and corruption”.
He noted that a document implicating Fox Hill MP Fred Mitchell in an attempted visa scam resurfaced this week, and referred to the PLP’s “sell-off” nearly 10,000 of acres of prime land and beach front property in Mayaguana as part of the I-Group development.
