Former Freeport Concrete chief executive Raymond Simpson has teemed up with his son and plans to go back into business. Simpson and his son, Raymond Jr., will operate from a space in the Home Centre building, the same building that freeport Concrete vacated only weeks ago.
The new business, expected to be named Freeport Building Supplies, is aiming to initially employ 12-14 persons and sell products similar to what the old company used to sell – building and home supplies – from 25,000 square feet of space.
