A teacher who is under investigation for alleged sexual misconduct with a female student at an Abaco high school fled the island yesterday, police confirmed.
Police Press Liaison Officer Inspector Chrislyn Skippings told The Nassau Guardian that a team of officers attached to the Central Detective Unit (CDU) will travel to Abaco today to assist with the investigation.
Police were unable to confirm where the teacher went.
