In May 2002 Union officers and Morton Executives signed a tentative agrrement pending ratification from it’s members. Before officers had the opportunity to meet with members, Morton maliciously posted wages of all members of the union on the notice boards.
This created problems in the community as everyone was made aware of what each other’s salaries would be upon signing the contract. June 15 a meeting was held with members and ratification given.
