Deputy Prime Minister Cynthia Pratt announced yesterday that 252 people have died in traffic accidents since 1999.
Ms Pratt gave these statistics to the House of Assembly in support of St. Margaret MP Pierre Dupuch, who had requested the appointment of a committee to investigate the large number of deaths involving people under age 25.
