The body of 31-year-old Lawrence Leon Smith, also known as “Talls” was found by police around 2am Sunday.
Officers responded to calls from residents of Klonaris Acres off Soldier Road early Sunday morning. They told police they heard a barrage of gunshots ringing out in their relatively quiet neighbourhood.
Police found Smith lying in the middle of the street with multiple gunshot wounds about the body.
