Police are investigating the Bahamas’ twenty-third murder of the year, that of 30-year-old Trevor O’Neil Wilson, who was found yesterday in his St. Margaret’s Road home off Kemp Road lying in bed with a gunshot wound in the right of his head.
The twenty-second murder this year was recorded last month when the body of 26-year-old Patrick Thompson of Price Road, Nassau Village was found in the Carmichael area.
Last year the Bahamas recorded 50 murders with 16 murders occurring in the first five months of 2003.
