Residents in the Bozine Town area have been granted a month’s extension in their land dispute case with the Harrold Road Land Development Company, during which time they will work with their lawyer Milton Evans to prepare their case.
The residents held another town meeting yesterday to discuss their fundraising efforts for their legal fees and to get an update from Mr. Evans on their case.
The fight began when residents last month received a letter from Lockghart and Munroe Law Firm saying that its client Harrold Road Land Development Company “Landco” was “granted certificate of title” to land in the western district of New Providence.
