Millions of people will be watching the Superbowl on Sunday, February 5, 2006. Some of them will be watching it from paradise. That's what it's called it when one can lay back in a comfortable lounge chair, cold beer in hand, strategically positioned between the big screen TV and the ocean, and adjacent to a dozen gorgeous international swimsuit models.
If this sounds like the ultimate "guy" fantasy, it just may be. But one doesn't have to die and go to heaven to experience it. Thanks to Fifth Avenue Models, of Nassau, and Hawaiian Tropic International, all one had to do buy tickets to Super Sunday on the Beach.
The corporate sports crowd is gathering in Nassau for an entire action-packed week of sizzling entertainment and activities featuring the world famous Hawaiian Tropic swimsuit models.
Events open to the public include the Contestant Boat Ride and Party on Thursday, February 2nd. The "Total Package" party boat, laden with the Miss Bahamas Model Search Contestants and the Hawaiian Tropic Models, will be cruising from Woodes Rodger's Wharf, in downtown Nassau, at 7:00pm. The excitement shifts back to shore with the Official Miss Bahamas Model Search pageant at the spectacular Graycliff Restaurant on Friday, February 3rd, at 9:00pm. The evening's winning contestant will represent The Bahamas in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic International contest. Last year's contest, in Las Vegas Nevada, featured Bahamian contestant Mary Watkins.
Next on the agenda is a swimsuit fashion show, featuring the Hawaiian Tropic models on Saturday, February 4th, at 10:00pm. Beautiful models will be featuring the hottest swimsuit fashions, poolside, at the British Colonial Hilton hotel. Arrive at 9:00pm for cocktails, the fashion show starts at 10:00pm.
The action comes to head on Sunday at the Radisson on Cable Beach. The entire group of Hawaiian Tropic swimsuit models and the Bahamian contestants, including the newly chosen Miss Bahamas Hawaiian Tropic, will share an afternoon of football and fun on the beach.
