Nine men came to their untimely death when a small Cessna 402 plane crashed into Lake Killarney, Nassau, The Bahamas on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, shortly after takeoff from the Lynden Pindling International Airport around 12:30pm.
On Thursday, October 14 at 7:00pm, thousands of family members, friends and loved ones converged on Clifford Park, Nassau, The Bahamas for a National Memorial Service to pay tribute in 'A Celebration of Life, Love, Music and God for The Fallen Nine'.
Attending the services were: Family Members of The Fallen Nine, Ira Storr & The Spank Band, Ronnie Butler, Dion Foulks, Rev. Freddy Stubbs, Nazery Youth Choir & Members of The Royal Bahamas Defence Force.

Youngie and Exuma - an exhibition at Doongalik Gallery in Nassau that featured the life and times of Messrs Joseph Spence and Tony McKay, two exceptional Bahamian talents. The exhibition was organized by Pam and Jackson Burnside of Doongalik Studios with Charles and Eddie Carter from IslandFM radio.
