
We understand that your strategic brief may include sensitive or classified
information. For this reason, all information contained in your brief will be
kept secure and confidential during the judging period. Information will be
shared only with Bahamas Web Award
officials. Judges, reviewers and Bahamas Web Award officials involved
will be required to sign and date a Statement of Confidentiality, and judges
will be instructed to discuss the contents of an entry only among other judges.
The Bahamas Web Awards reserves the right to use the following information,
submitted in the entry form, for publicity purposes: URL, name of site and
credits. No additional information will be released without the prior consent of
the site owner or its authorized representative.
The Bahamas Web Awards online entry form requests permission to use information
submitted in the strategic brief for publicity purposes. If the entrant checks
“yes”, a reminder email will be sent to both the entrant and the referenced
owner of the site prior to any information being released. If the entrant checks
“no”, The Bahamas Web Awards will not publish any information provided in
the strategic brief; however, The Bahamas Web Awards may contact the entrant or
owner to discuss this matter further.
Notwithstanding anything above to the contrary, The Bahamas Web Awards will not
be liable for any incidental violation of the above policy; however, The Bahamas
Web Awards will use its best efforts to comply with the policy.
